Teaches: Pole Fitness
From an early age I have always been active and a keen part taker in sports and exercise.
Around the age of 6 I started Gymnastics and swimming.
By the age of 10 I was a qualified life saver and competed in numerous galas for the school team.
In my early teens I lived in Ireland for 3 years where I learnt Irish dancing and attended a dance school performing in regular shows.
Again I represented the school in a number of sports such as basket ball, tennis, swimming and kamogi (Irish sport similar to Hockey)
In my early twenties I kept fit by regular step aerobics, pilates and various fitness DVDs.
I started Pole Fitness to get back in shape after my second child and have found it to be the most affective form of exercise for losing weight, toning, improving flexibility and upper body strength.
After completing my Masters I started training to become a Teacher.
It’s great fun and I’ve never looked back!
Emma has good energy & always inspires her class to achieve their personal best. She is a very encouraging, supportive member of the team who always see's the humorous side leading to a fun class.
